If your gun has more than 7 bullets you must get rid of it. If you have a pistol grip, a second handgrip, a adustable stock, anything covering the barrel, no flash hiders, no lug nuts. If you buy ammo you will be background checked and investigated each time. This means 90% of firearms.... Thats just a small bit.

For emphasis on the 90% number, personally I would have to turn everything in if I lived in new york, my 22, my 1800's lever action rifle, my pump shotgun made in the 50's would all be illegal, as well as my pistol because I don't have a revolver. Pretty much only bolt action sniper rifles and revolvers wouldn't be classified as an assault weapon as long as you didn't add any accessories to them. Then I probably wouldn't allow to buy ammo cause I am on the terrorist watch list for being a libertarian or veteran or something.
