Leaves going yellow mean N is being translocated from those leaves to where it is more needed in the plant. Let them go dead, nutrients are being taken from them, relocated within the plant as needed. There is nothing more stupid than removing green leaves from growing plants.

Great looking plant. Looks like (hard to tell) I might have wanted more perlite for drainage. As you grow more leaves the plant uses more water. Keep a bit of a fan on them and try to keep humidity down. These will all help your containers dry out quicker.
