It's really not much extra. It's recommended 1 TBLS per gallon of water... I used 1/4 TSP for 2 quarts of water. They're not over nuted I don't believe. not over watered either. I only water every... 3-4 days. ( I have a one gallon pot.)

White is good. It reflects nicely. That's the best it could be, unless you taped Mylar to the walls.

Actually, it does say the Color Temp... It says 6500K This is a good deal depending on how many plants you expect to grow... And also, as the plant or plants get larger, you will have to add more light.

Yeah. I'm currently about 1 1/2 months through my first grow. I seem to be doing well, I just need more light. I assume that by 80w you mean that's the equivalent to a regular incandescent light. Which means it'd probably be around... 18 or 19w?
