Then why did you say you more more worried, that you might hurt yourself? It's not a live cobra, or something. My horse almost killed me several times. A Mare bit me~!

So, field strip and train more often?

And do what I did. A solid foundation in hand to hand. I'm just as likely to sap someone with a gun if I can step close inside.

Learn how to take a handgun away from someone.
Then a long gun... quite different. The worse part is getting it took from your hand...can't have that. You might need to get it back.

But, the ruse is the take away from any martial art.

I tell my friend who has never owned, just bought a brace of Glocks...."There is only one question. How instantly vicious are you prepared to be?"

Oh, I would...!!!! Oh yeah? Seeing the elephant is something that can freeze the brain, no matter how it appears.

Weapons are meaningless until we can get our hearts around that one.

Its like that a lot of places. Shit I don't even know where to buy a gun if it ain't from the streets and this is me being honest. There is no gun store close to me that I know of.
strictest gun control laws in the nation... yet more toes get tagged here then anyother city http://www.nbcchicago.com/blogs/ward-room/The-Deadliest-Global-City-163874546.html
I don't believe they have the strictest gun control laws. I could be wrong but I'm quite sure after sandy happened conneticut has it then a couple others before chicago does with the laws from what I see.

I could be wrong but wiki says mass and Ny are tied for the most strict gun control lawshttp://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_US_state_has_the_strictest_gun_control_laws

It was obviously a joke. I've handled firearms since I was 13. Firearms are always treated like they are loaded and safety off. Even when they are not.

New York is losing residents at an unreal rate and with the ever increasing tax rate and cost of living, it will end up broke just like California. I am sure that most of the gun owners there have already left that diseased taxed to death shithole and headed for a less government pilfered state.

Central New York is beautiful. The city is an over crowded shithole. Rochester, Syracuse and Albany are all cesspools

The fingerlakes is one of the best places to live. We live in valleys created by glaciers hundreds of thousands of years ago. Gorgeous fresh water lakes.

I agree that it is a beautiful state, my wife is from the Sidney, Mt. Upton area. Just that the government has made it a very undesirable state and if they don't do something quick, busted and disgusted will that state be.
They are pushing NY real estate all over the country, you can get property there cheaper by the day, and they throw in houses for free...lol
