It's calcium, either lockout or deficiency. I would raise PH to 6.3, calcium is absorbed better at a higher PH.

Lamp too hot. Get a fan blowing directly on the light. Picture #2 shows the temp at 91 F, that's around 33 C, way too hot. Nice looking plant.

Make sure they are cured for at least 3 weeks before trying to germ them. Just leave them at room temperature, they need some time to dry up. If they are too fresh you will get low germ rates.

They're just breeding F1 seeds, it's not that hard... It's what many seed banks offer.

That's a good point. You can see the the seeds are ripe when the calyxes have swollen and you can see dark seeds in them. Sounds like you are going to have a lot of F2 seeds to work with.

Silver thiosulfate seems to produce similar results. It's probably because male flowers don't all ripen at the same time.

That was my problem. I only ordered one pack and they sent crap. Out of ten seeds I ended up with two tiny mutants that began flowering and never finished, not even worth harvesting.

When you veg them longer they will want more N. Bigger plants need more nutes than smaller ones.

I would fim and then start to lst them once they reach 8-9". You can continue to lst during flower, just keep bending the branches down and try and form a wide canopy under the light.

Yeah, looking like a bit of heat stress, and they seem to be stretching for light a bit too, meaning they are too far away from it. More airflow should fix the problem. I have a large fan blowing directly at my light when it's running.

Foliar feeding some seaweed might help. If it has roots it should recover with some new growth eventually.
