You do realize that Epileds are no more efficient than HPS, right? In any case, you'll be happy with your COB's for sure.

You can do way better than Mars with your money. You should look into COB lighting. Timbergrowlights.com offer excellent lights at affordable prices. Tasty Led and Northerngrowlights are also excellent. If you're into DIY and want to save some money, then throw a message to @CobKits

Not at all. Why would you think that, lol? I have done my research on diodes, efficiency, and other relevant stuff though. It suits most people well to be skeptical of overstated marketing claims, especially when it comes to Mars Hydro.
